Consumer tracing - a 21st century approach
How we work
At the core of our belief is a commitment to quality. We understand that effective tracing can make a profound difference to your bottom line. That is why we ensure that every avenue is explored thoroughly.
Ethical Tracing
These days it is not enough to locate the subject, you need to be able to demonstrate that you have done so both lawfully and ethically. TraceNet UK is acutely aware that we are acting in your name. We take every precaution to ensure that your reputation is never compromised. The Information Commissioner has set rigid guidelines intended to control the way personal information is handled. We ensure full compliance with the guidelines. We are also aware that all debtor tracing must be conducted in the accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Debt Collection Guidance and the CSA.
Compliance is fundamental in every part of our tracing process. Protecting your reputation is as important as protecting our own. We never compromise.
Costs
Recognising that some accounts take priority over others, we have a graduated pricing structure. You decide which accounts to prioritise and we will act accordingly.
Accuracy
We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our reports and in most cases we offer our services on a no success no fee basis. However, there may be occasions where you may require an in-depth negative report which will give you an overview of the facts and an idea as how to proceed. For a small fee, TraceNet UK would be happy to supply this. We have found that it saves our clients time and money in the long run. This is a proven service that alleviates the problem of untraceable or uncollectible debt being worked again and again, thus leaving you free to concentrate on your core business. In the event that the result is denied we will recheck free of charge provided the request is received within 60 days of the initial report.
